Our automation team is running full throttle in the creation of a very unique printing robot to execute large printing task for a noted client.
The robot a.k.a Mr. "Delta" is being gifted with autonomous navigation, absolute positioning system using laser triangulation, collision detection & obstacle avoidance.

Painting booth

Painting is in the house !
To better control the efficiency of our painting proccess during production, we developed and are building a semi-automated painting booth fully by ourselves.
This house takes a space of 16m x 12m, with semi automated material handling system.
When the painting house is due for function in beginning of April, it will be able to paint 800 rollers a day.
